At Bayside Alchemy, many of our products are made or personalized specifically for you. Please review your order and personalization details carefully before submitting your purchase.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Please double-check names, spelling, dates, photos, colors, sizes, and other personalization details before placing your order.

Non-Custom Items

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please contact us before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Customer Personalization Errors

We create personalized products using the information submitted with your order. We cannot provide a refund or replacement for errors in information supplied by the customer, such as incorrect spelling, dates, names, photos, or other personalization details.

If Bayside Alchemy makes an error, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

If a return is approved, we will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
