Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Because many Bayside Alchemy products are custom-made or personalized, some items may require additional production time. If a product has a different turnaround time, it will be listed in the product description.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Production time for custom orders varies depending on the item, quantity, and level of customization. Please double-check all names, dates, photos, wording, and other personalization details before submitting your order.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can let you know if your deadline can be accommodated.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

When Your Order Ships

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping/transit time is separate from our processing time. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may be outside of our control.
